   My car was recently in for a service. The team at Swansway Stoke checked before the appointment that nothing had changed regarding the timing and also if there was anything else that needed reviewing regarding my vehicle. On the day the staff were very courteous and Carolina (who was my appointed member of staff) went out of her way to ensure that I was regularly updated on my vehicle and also comfortable in their waiting area. Great level of professionalism and helpful staff, well done.

   Visit due to an annual service. First class communication throughout from the initial booking, reminder the day before to the collection of the car when completed. The health check video was very detailed and professional. Courtesy car was top specification which demonstrated the latest technology fitted to the newer models. Happy to recommend Stoke Audi for their servicing.

After multiple disappointing experiences many years ago at my local franchised dealership, Ryan was recommended to me by a friend when he previously worked at Crewe Audi, and he restored my faith in the brand, and I have followed him since despite the significant journey.
