   Bought vehicle that was under warranty told to take to AC auto's to resolve problem, however even though the fault was recorded as the switch was told diagnostic check was required which wasn't covered in the warranty, informed would cost £45 previous owner was £35, then upon pick up was told cost was £54 due to vat, not been back since

I hoped the quality would remain consistent, but I must say, it has indeed improved. They offer prompt service, excellent customer care, and very competitive prices.    I take my car to AC Autos and they always carry out a good service. In the past when I've taken in an older car for an MOT, they always let me know of any future maintenance that the car may need and give me the opportunity to either have the work carried whilst in the garage or book it in at a later date. Their knowledge, skills and experience shines through, especially when I had taken my car in with a fault as the car kept stalling just randomly, they don't give up they find the fault and repair. Also the staff are friendly and always willing to help, that's why I have given 5 stars.
