I gave my car to PVR to fix a small electrical issue. They took the job on promising they had the right equipment to fix the issue but it turned out they lack zero technical knowledge. They didn't have a clue about reading the car electrical wiring diagram to diagnose the issue. They then contacted me after 2 weeks how to fix the issue. I put them onto my mechanic who's couple of hours away. He tried helping them by sending them wiring diagram for the car, but yet they didn't have a clue. They went onto ripping cables out without having understanding what they're doing. I found out and got my car recovered away from them, it arrived at my mechanic and he fixed the issue in half an hour. It was water sat in the relay box and needed to be cleaned. PVR told me they took all the relay out but failed to notice there was any water in there. I'm utterly disappointed because after ripping cables out without any common sense my fan heater doesn't work. They charged me money for taking the car in just to cause damage and later charge money for their utter incompetence. I have held back from making this comment and I'm very unhappy for them causing further damage to my car electric. They even damage my HVAC fan knob. I'm very disappointed! I wouldn't have left this comment if he had apologised. But he failed to meet his customer service satisfaction by treating customers car's without due care. **Update to your response**. Because your telling a lie. The vehicle was sent to you first from the roadside recovery truck because my mechanic didn't have the space to accept my vehicle over the weekend. I contacted the company director about my disappointment and he got my message but he ignored my message several times. He didn't want to know if he can be honest to Update you he was contacted on his mobile number. He read the WhatsApp messages with a green tick. I'll say it again my mechanic fixed the issue in half hour the moment the vehicle came off the trailer, sending photos of sitting water in the relay box to your company director. It's funny i have to come back here and correct the lying response from PVR. If PVR haven't got the competency skills, why accept the vehicle and try to make money out of it while causing further damage to my vehicle electrics and HVAC controls, and also wasting 2 wks of my time.

Fantastic company to have dealings with. Phoned them up with a strange issue with my car, they got it booked in next day and spent ages trying to diagnose the issue. Refusing to do any remedial works unless they know 100% what the fault is. Other garages would just fob you off and give you a huge invoice. Highly recommended!

Very helpful and friendly team who sorted out my car trouble. And though I called in whilst they was busy, they was able to accommodate me. Highly recommended garage, and many thanks from me once again.

I was brought here by the AA after a breakdown (the car. Not me this time). Could not have had better service. Really friendly, did a thorough check on my car, got it repaired and I was back on the road really quickly. This was despite them already being really busy. Mechanic also gave me some advice on another issue on my car. All for a very reasonable price, and a great cuppa thrown in by the lovely ladies on reception! Would absolutely go here again.

Was struggling to find a garage to work on my motorhome due to the size and layout of engine bay as it is A-class. I saw PVR on facebook with a picture of a similar size vehicle having work done. I contacted PVR straightaway by message and was messaged back to ring where I was booked in for the repairs. Steve, Emma and the team did an excellent job on my van, which they told me was a difficult job to do, which included new radiator, timing belt & water pump plus a full service. Highly recommend PVR, will definitely use again for future work and MOT. Thanks

My van broke down when I was working in Newcastle under Lyme, I got it towed to Precision and they were helpful from the beginning, always kept me updated on what they found to be wrong with my van and advised me what was the best way to get it fixed. Emma and her husband were fantastic. Would highly recommend this garage to anyone.

Emma and the team, great job. Took my CLK to find out what the mystery rotating scratching sound was after 2 other garages couldn't diagnose the problem. Gavin fixed exhaust brackets and then located a loose brake cable touching the propshaft after removing all the heatshields. All done and fixed in less than 2 hours at a fraction of the cost of a Mercedes Dealership. Can't recommend these guys enough and will return for MOT and servicing. Thanks guys
