   After a stressful day of trying to get garages to have a look over at my car, GM’s was the only place kind enough to allow me to pop over, on the same day, when I couldn’t get any other garage to look due to being fully booked. They fixed the issue, fault with the heat shield and didn’t even charge me which was a bonus. This was my second time at their garage and I’ll definitely be using them again. Have mentioned my positive visit with friends. Thanks again!

   First time we have used as our normal garage was busy over Xmas and we really needed the car sorting. It went in on 20th of December requiring an MOT (it failed on handbrake), Cam belt and associated component change and tow bar electrics!!!!!! After many calls from us and none to us by Grease Monkeys we got our car back on 16th of January!!!!! Apparently there were issues as they said the car had run out of diesel? And that they had issues with an oil leak when doing cam belt change and also that a fuel pipe had been damaged. The electrics just simply weren’t done so we now will have to get that sorted. After a hefty bill of nearly 1k we will now have to either sort ourselves or send to another garage and its cost us a ridiculous amount having to deal with having just one car for nearly a month! Very disappointed. Each time we called we were told that it was nearly done and then we would hear nothing back again until we rang again.
