   Joanna’s been absolutely brilliant. She was so patient with all our questions and followed everything through. She’s professional, knowledgeable, and advised us on different points we hadn’t even thought about. I’ve been banking with my bank for over 20 years, and when I went to see them, they weren’t very helpful. Jo actually managed to get a much better deal for me, and I’m forever grateful. She’s an excellent mortgage adviser, and I’d highly recommend her.

   I am a local Eastbourne and surroundings landlord with a fair sized portfolio for many years and Gareth Evans at Lodestone has handled all of my mortgages over the years. He now handles my savings and investments and has passed my portfolio to his collegue Emily. Emily is a delight to deal with (as was Gareth ) Emily has worked with me this year on many re-mortgages and has gone far beyond the service levels I expect. With times getting harder for landlords and morgage applications becoming more complex, she has always put her time aside for me and given her full support and attention. Emily has guided me through all the processes dealing with much of the paperwork and communication with solicitors that should really be my responsibility. I would not hesitate what so ever to recommend Emily and Gareth at Lodestone.
