    Guys have no idea how to deal with BMW, we’re on our way home now to check all the filters and oil if they did everything right and didn’t stole something from our car. Left dirty fingerprints on windows. Didn’t put things back on their place. Scratched the trunk. We’ve tried to talk politely instead of that man started yelling inappropriately. If you need your car and nerves, never visit this service.

    Steve is a brilliant mechanic, straight forward and to the point. Won’t fob you off, he gets quite busy so can be a short wait for a repair or service but to me that goes to show how good he is. My family have been to him often for a long time. He’s always quoted me the lowest out of all places. He’s honest and isn’t afraid to recommend someone else if he feels they’d be better for the job (like when I needed an air con pipe replacing he suggested the man across the road from him as he specialises in aircon)
