I've been there to service my car and l applyed my own parts ( They changed: Oil, oil filter, pollen filter, air filter)and they also charged me 2.5 hours labour. £180 include Vat. I left my car in the Garage 9 o clock in the morning and I gave a ring 14:50 to ask them if it's ready. The guy told me he will start now and will be ready 15:30 so I can go to pick it up. When they told me about the total cost I asked them why charged me 2.5 hours, because I explaind the conversion I had on the phone and the job was an hour max.(as I 'm mechanic)As an answer they said it is what it is and the mechanic refuse to speak and to explain to me why he charged 2.5 hours labour. Also they've given to engine flush and top up my windscreen bottle without to asking me if I want with extra charge. Also they don’t have appointment and you must leave your car there all day. Very unreliable service, very rude, poor customer service, ridiculous charges without any explanations.
