Absolutely first class service. My partner recently bought a car off them and they totally went out of their way to make sure it was exactly right and perfect for her. Brilliant service. They have my custom from now on.
My wife rang up needing a wiper blade sorting, left her car on the road next to the garage near where she works and phoned up on her break, explained to them she noticed someone had stolen her wiper during the night and with the weather being bad she needed one ordering for later that afternoon. The lady on the phone told her she could not order it even with the reg or chassis and she had to wait until she finishes work and go into the garage but even then it would not get fitted until the next day. IT'S A WIPER BLADE NOT AN ENGINE! This is a bad service and do not recommend this place at all!
I called up asking if they could take my car that was broken down nearby and they enthusiastically said yes and they could look at it the next day, they even said they were looking out of the shop and could see me broken down. I towed it there with great difficulty only to be told there was no way they could fit it in and they didn't know why I'd brought it. They denied having the conversation with me on the phone ...
Had car serviced and MOT Very nice small family garage and good value for what you need doing. Staff friendly and the owner for the last 70 years is still involved in the office. Highly recommend this garage
