    FNOL call went well. However very slow on the uptake . Notified them of a hit in rear non-fault accident and that my vehicle was unroadworthy and had no access to another vehicle - I had already arranged my own recovery. However took them over 48 hours to contact me again to arrange a hire vehicle with no clear updates in between. Info requested was sent over promptly and I did chase by email in between. So as not to be inconvenienced I was able to arrange another vehicle in that time to get myself back on the road so didn't use thier services which is a shame being a previous employee, I thought it would be nice to connect with them again but wasn't impressed. Can only assume they are not dairying in thier claims correctly or it's a staffing issue.

    Although the individuals with whom I have spoken have all been excellent, I have not been happy with the outcome. I do notunderstand how a third party can deny a claim when the documenttion proovided was regarding ghe trailer rather than the cab of the truck which damaged my car. Surely, the company owning the trailer, must have some record of the cab towing that trailer. The fact that the truck and the documentation were all in Romanian, and the river spoke very little English has obviously made things far more complicatedbut, surely, my claim should be followed up more vigourously, as I will now lose my no claims bomus and fsace higher premiums through no fault of my own. Imight also add that I was not that happy with the hire car provided. The handbrake had been put on so hard I had to get my husband to release it, am[nd the same applied to the fuel cap. The lighting system is somewhat unusual on the MG 3 and has taken some getting used to. Obviously it is the outcome rather than the service provided about whch I am not happy, but do feel some more pressure could have been provided on the third part pursue a more satisfactory outcome

    This is my second review and yes if I could give them a zero I would. Original person dealing with my claim has left the company due to what I was told was not dealing with claims correctly. We are nearly 12 months and no money excuses made. It’s just ridiculous. We are thousands out-of-pocket for an accident. That wasn’t our fault we keep getting told gonna be filmed weekly which were not. I’m having to phone up. I am now going to be asking under the freedom information act for every single piece of documentation regarding my claim and I’ll be taking this further and getting independent legal advice. Please avoid this company.

    The worst company I have dealt with so far. A minor accident that wasn’t our fault, just a lightly scratched bumper. They declared the car a write-off. Shocking, but we agreed to repair it at our own cost and keep the car. We bought the parts for the repair, etc. After a few days, they suddenly decided they would repair the car themselves and it would not get a category! The repair took a whole month – just to replace a bumper! During the collision, our son was in his car seat. We wanted compensation for the seat. After several months, we were finally granted compensation. Now we are told to wait for the payment. It’s been 11 months! The compensation still hasn’t been paid. After dozens of phone calls, chat conversations, and emails, I keep hearing the same thing: we need to wait. This is unacceptable. The company is not reliable. I strongly warn everyone to think twice before using their services. You will save yourself a lot of stress and frustration.

    Didn't even want to give them one star! Absolutely awful company. Our vehicle was damaged in Oct 22 took them until Dec 22 to decide it could be written off then beginning feb 23 to actually pay up. Had a van since it happened and guess who's hire van it was? Theirs so how much have they made from that!? They still haven't paid us another Β£300 we are owed. Because, they say they haven't claimed from the other drivers company yet. So if that's the case why the hell did it take them so long to actually pay up if it was paid by them! Contact is awful say they will ring you back and never do, promise we will sort it today never do! and that's if you can ever get through on the phone! Avoid at all costs!!!

    They have taken my perfectly good car off the road to be crushed based on a few photos without a real life viewing by any inspector. Even though my mechanic can fix the car. Listed on the break down of parts that would need repairing was a pack of lies imagined by a fool sitting at a desk without the minimal damage being seen in real life. Do not go with this company.

    BE WARNED: DO NOT USE We had light cosmetic damage on our vehicle (not at fault) and E-sure instructed Kindertons as an accident management company. The cost of fixing ended up being over Β£13,000 Almost half the value of the car) and I am now required to attend court because the other persons insurance will understandably not pay it and I agree. THEY ARE THIEVES. Do NOT let them give you a hire car for any extended amount of time. Do not assume your insurance company want to do right by you. YOU ARE LIABLE. This is what the insurance companies don't tell you when they offer you a like for like hire car as part of your policy. Question everything. READ THE SMALL PRINT. And ask yourself, who's paying for this? At the end of the day its always YOU. Shame on Kindertons.

    Very very poor. No communication, stayed in for hire van twice without any call to say it was not coming. Failed to recover my van for a week. I now have ti start again and wait even longer fit my repairs thanks to the poor service provided by this company. So continued.. Kindertons took the hire van off me as they claimed I had been paid out more than 50 percent of the value of my van that they claimed was Β£11500 in value. A independent engineer valued my van at Β£17500, Kindertons didn’t even send a engineer! I have had to pay to get my van repaired and hired a van for two weeks. This company is very poor! I urge you to look else where. They claim they still dealing with my case but they don’t act in your best interest, only their own.

    My accident was 9 days ago. It happened whilst on holiday in Scotland. My hire care did not arrive until 5 days after the accident despite me having to leave my rental property. I had to go to Inverness airport and hire my own vehicle. I have no updates as to what is happening with my own vehicle. There has been no customer service of any standard. Each time you ring they have to read your file then pass you onto another department. They all sound as they are just going through the motions and have no empathy towards people who have experienced an accident. My hire car has now arrived but no contact from them explaining how to return it and more importantly the current whereabouts of my own car and if it's going to be repaired. If I had read these reviews before my accident I would not have used them.
