   I've been a long time customer of Huws Gray Bedford, but more so what used to be the timber centre. Throughout the years, I've had nothing but brilliant customer service from them. John and his team have always gone that extra mile to ensure that I establish the right product for the job. The Bedford Branch has always provided me with excellent products as well as the customer service to go with it and have continuously and consistently left me with a positive experience whenever I've bought timber from their branch. Well done and thank you John, Ivan, Mark, Aden and Colin. Keep up the great work, you're a credit to Huws Gray.

   Terrible company. Their driver broke the phone line to my disabled brother's house next door with his crane and then denied all responsibility and lied when confronted about it. He doesn't seem to understand what an independent witness is who saw everything as it happened. Avoid, even the management will back up the driver's lies. Unfortunately I had to give one star, but if Google would have let me post this with stars in the minus figures I'd have done so.
