   After recently purchasing a large number of Dewalt power tools, I have found the staff to be super friendly and helpful. They even offered to help carry the items to my car. My second visit there to collect more tools, it was nice to have a pleasant chat with them regarding my home set up. They were genuinely interested in my upcoming projects. Screwfix Kempston, will now be my top choice for all things tool related. I was also informed about downloading the Screwfix app, as there are more offers available. Well done to the Kempston staff team, great job and outstanding customer service. Thank you.

   Service is always excellent and staff willing to help. My last purchase I made included 10 lengths of pipe insulation. The chap behind the desk wrapped two strips of tape round them. Made is so easier as it was windy outside and was already going into a messy van.

   Brilliantly polite service from a young charismatic dude on the front counter the other week. Ordered a bottle of degreaser, blisteringly hot day and his spirits were high and very smiley & chatty. Usually hesitate going into hardware stores because you’re usually met with some old ‘geezer’ having to know more than you. Brilliant service 5 stars simply because his energy was was on point.

   The woman who served me was impatient. I asked if I could scroll the items myself as she made me feel uncomfortable. Constantly asking me if Im "going with that one". Or clicking on the reviews but not giving me the time to read them. It was difficult not to react. THERE WAS NO QUEUE!! I made sure to use all my reserves and thanked her for her help!!!! Note to self: saw screwfix and parked, really should make your decision before going in OR simply do not use this branch again. The one near home is much more civilised, people friendly and willing to help.
