Very poor and questionable experience, after I paid for an oil change the oil is still black. I also wanted my tracking adjusted but was changed £25 to be told yes it should be adjusted but they wouldn't do it. I feel like I've been scammed
Fantastic service! I recently moved to the area. 100 yds up the road infact. During a particularly cold morning my car wouldn't start so I gave them a quick call. In no time at all one of the mechanics walked up with a jump pack and got me started. Later on that day a battery had been ordered and fitted. Very quick and professional service. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Couldn't sing their praises more. Will definitely be using in the future.
Very poor experience! My car went in for bodywork repair. The damage had been repaired well however there was a hair lacquered into the bonnet. I then had to persuade them to rectify this mistake, I was initially told "will it really bother you that much". After spending £600 on the repair I felt this was very unprofessional. When I picked my car up for the second time it had a brand new scratch on the bonnet which was not there when I took it in. Ian refused to acknowledge this and tried to convince me it was a stone chip, which it quite obviously is not. As they had not previously noticed laquering in a 2 inch black hair, then I'm not surprised they did not notice causing an accidental scratch in the same area they had been working on. I am however surprised at the poor customer service in handling this and am now stuck with a scratch on my bonnet. I feel every time it has gone in it has come out with a further issue which is not what I would expect from a professional repair company.

Great service cannot fault them at all. Go above and beyond and quality of work cannot be faulted. Knowledgeable workers and follow the specific requirements for repairs. They will not replace parts that are not needed and are true to their word! Great prices.
They located a fan fault and repaired it and then using there auto electrician solved a further problem nice friendly helpful people they know there microcar and axim cars
Had my MOT carried out at Hanmer Auto for the first time. I have to say that everything so far has been excellent. Great staff, nice people & they really care about you car. Very well recommended!
Stopped by when passing. Heating had seemingly stopped working. They asked US to leave the car for an hour, for when someone could have a look at it. Collected car after under an hour - £54!! Only a small plastic side section had been removed - and kept- subsequently they couldn't even tell us what 'investigations' they had carried out. Very unhappy at not being made aware of a transaction taking place! In the end there was no problem with heating.
