   Farthing Smart Repair repaired a small amount of damage on my car and I’m extremely pleased with the whole experience. I’m very particular about my car, so I was a bit cautious beforehand, but they were professional from the start and took the time to really listen to my concerns. They explained the process clearly and gave honest, helpful advice both before and after the repair, which put me completely at ease. The work itself was carried out to an exceptionally high standard. The final result was perfect and you genuinely wouldn’t know the damage had ever been there. They also arrived exactly on time and worked efficiently without rushing the job. Overall, the service was excellent and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Farthing Smart Repair to anyone looking for quality workmanship and a reliable, professional service.

   After recently speaking to farthing smart repairs, my husband took his van to have its back door repaired today to their unit in Fenton. They have done a brilliant job and the damage is repaired to a high standard. Throughout the time he has dealt with the team, the communication has been clear, simple and prompt. They shared photos of previous repairs to show him what they can do, quoted him immediately after sharing photos of him damaged van. We would recommend Farthing Smart Repairs to anyone looking for bodywork repairs & should we require this kind of work again, we will 100% return! Thanks guys!

   Had a repair done today on my Ford Focus and from the initial contact regards a quote & the repair work required, Ash truly is a highly skilled professional & nothing were too much trouble. The quote even came in far cheaper than ones that i’d previously been quoted.    I was impressed with the whole customer journey from this most professional company. Had an issue with a couple of deep scratches and was invited to send pictures, was given a good quote and from there we booked a diary date for Ashley to visit. Zara who organised the diary wasn't finished there, belt and braces with a call on the morning to confirm what time was good for me. Ashley arrived bang on time in awful weather en route; the first thing I noticed was a well-equipped and neat van and Ashley was smart, personable and looked the part - very professional and impressive, it inspired confidence. Well comfy at this point, I made a quick brew and left him to it while I had a couple of meetings at work to sort. Went outside with a fresh brew and there was all sorts of kit and measuring devices being used, the work was done and at first glance looked immaculate - it was at second and subsequent glances too. Ashley wrapped up by clearing every piece of rubbish created, it was cleaner when he left than when he arrived! The job remained superb and I was genuinely impressed. A quick resume of what had been done and aftercare suggestions left me with a very warm feeling. I would like to say this company, Zara and Ashley were absolutely superb, they did what they said they would, kept me informed and delivered a cost-effective solution to my issue. It was a delight to engage them, I wouldn't hesitate to do so if needed in the future. I give my strongest recommendation to and for the work this couple achieves, it is top quality and delivered with personable professionalism. You won't go wrong with this company, I wish them all the very best and can't thank them enough.
