First visit today and I have to say the service was A1. I’m just general public but the help was really appreciated. Lovey folks. Credit to the company.
My experience is negative. Called them on 5 Feb 2025 about kitchen cabinets. I was given a name of a contact and asked to email room dimensions etc. I drew up kitchen room plans and sent it off via email detailing what was required. Acknowledgment received…..then nothing. Just wasted my time.
I could write a book about this great company ! All the stuff are very professional polite James cara Dan and all others are amazing the drivers do ther best to do the drops easy , the fork lifters are also amazing they always make you welcome but most of all they have very competitive prices thanks all (Maltese Paul )
I could not speak highly enough of this team. First class customer service, first class product knowledge and first class happy team. Nothing is/was too much trouble. Cara was the most helpful person I have met working in a trade centre environment, "a cheery smile and a nothing is too much trouble, attitude". Rob the driver put our goods exactly where we needed them and saved our installers days of work. Mark the MKM director advised and resolved a minor issue in less than 1 minute. All I can say is the company "YES" the electrical trade/retail company should send ALL of their customer service teams to meet Cara, learn from her and see how it is done. I bought materials for my new driveway. I was personally at the MKM Corby point and spoke several times with two women working there. I have been informed that my material will be delivered to the given address within 3-7 days, but at the end the woman with glasses informed me that my materials will be delivered up to 10 days. I paid and waited 8 days. Nobody contacted me. I visited MKM again and asked what was going on with my order. The woman replied with surprise that I had to wait because the material was ordered later and it will be delivered to me a few days later. I was indignant because I had an appointment to install a new driveway for me. After my insistence, another employee told me that they had some of the material and could deliver it on time, and unfortunately I have to wait for the rest! I asked for fast delivery. I received my dice in the color of my choice, and other colored and cracked dice collected on a different palette. First of all, the women working in this place have absolutely no information on how to advise the client, they are very slow and do not do their job on a regular basis, besides, one is extremely rude and is lying. I do not recommend ordering anything by female employees of MKM.

what a service,, very helpful when advising me .wanting a 5 bar gate for my garden, they knew exactly what ii needed and provided a quote very quickly, beating everyone else by weeks . very competitive pricing and delivered on time on the day arranged .definitely recommend this very friendly unlike other experiences had at other corby builders merchants.will be using them every time from now on.
Friendly good advice helpful quick service even offered to sort out delivery free of charge without me needing to ask. Clean well ran place
