   Previously we have used the major chains for carpets and always were disappointed. We moved, needed carpets and Headland were local so paid them a visit. What a breath of fresh air, massive choice great advice and no pushy annoying sales pitch. The team advised us and were totally transparent with pricing, delivery and fitting. The carpets were fitted brilliantly and all staff were helpful and went beyond what would be expected. Highly recommended.

   Can’t fault Headland Carpets. Professional and friendly service and reasonably priced. I visited the showroom twice, had them round to measure up and to fit, had telephone and email correspondence and on all occasions I encountered helpful, knowledgeable and kind members of the team. No sales tactics or pressure (as sometimes encountered with other known carpet retailers).I would certainly recommend (just as they were recommended to me by my neighbour).

   Would recommend Headland carpets & rugs for a very good service. The sales team were very helpful in helping us make the right decision on which carpets would meet our needs. The free measuring service was excellent as was the fitters who spent two days fitting our new home. Special thanks to Peter who had to do a lot of 'jugling' to accommodate our time scale.

   I had an awkward hallway which was outside of the dimensions for normal rolls of carpet. Staff in the showroom were knowledgeable, helpful and able to suggest several options. Then the fitting team were professional, friendly and did a great job. Happy to recommend.

   Absolutely first class service from start to finish. No pressure sales, suggested we borrow the samples to check in situ in the varying light conditions. Booked to measure up and arrived on time. Quote supplied promptly for supply and fit at a good price. Called to confirm and book fitting, paid 50% deposit over the phone. Fitting was the same; arrived on time, efficient, tidy working and pleasant. Well fitted carpet. All round great service from Headland, would recommend and would use again.
