   I have been coming to See Lucinda for nearly two years for the chronic pain my arthritic hip gives me. When I first attended, I could only get up and down the stairs on my hands and knees. Even then, it was extremely painful. Through much manipulation and many exercises, I can once again walk up and down the stairs, albeit slowly and having to use a hand rail. I love that Lucinda does not treat me with painful techniques and manipulation. She uses effective techniques that deliver results without heightening my pain levels. Lucinda has also helped me with my weight loss journey, which is standing at a 4 stone loss in the two years. Lucinda has given me a new lease of life, which i will be eternally grateful for. I have even been able to go fishing again. Something I haven't done for many a year.

   Lucy is amazing! I have had numerous injuries from running and cycling over the past few years and she has helped me recover quickly so I can get back to doing what I love. She also treated my 11 year old son for his verrucas, we had already tried everything to get get rid of them Lucy managed to get rid of them after 3 treatments he is now verruca free. Highly recommend Lucy to help with any kind of injury she is very gentle and her treatments are so relaxing. Thank you Lucy x

   I have been to see Lucy three times now. The cost is reasonable, and parking isn't bad. She is the only oestopath I have been to so my baseline isn't great, but she seemed very professional and spent a long time to find the root cause of my bad knee - which she did. Hopefully only a couple more appointment and I will be back to Running ultras.
