Having worked for a large firm of solicitors in the past I was horrified by the lack of professionalism and the cost involved when this firm dealt with the probate of a family member.

Story & Robison Solicitors are representing my partner's ex in a Child Arrangement Order. The hearing was in May and was then scheduled for another hearing further down the line. At no point since May have we heard from these Solicitors (or the courts for that matter regarding when the next order is dated for) We never received a court order from them about next hearing date, only to be emailed today and told the next hearing is in a few days time. Only after explaining to them that we never received anything regarding the next hearing they emailed through the order. Upon reading the order it was quite obviously dated from August as statements were due in early September. Completely unprofessional and quite frankly very disgusting and underhanded.
I would like to say that in my dealings with this company I was put totally at ease, any questions were expertly answered and my instructions followed in a totally professional manner - Thank you
