   This isn't to slate the garage in any way it's the valeting service that's joint to it. I recently purchased a car that needed a little spruce up so I paid 20 pounds for a "super" valet. Needless to say I was very disappointed. They rushed it and when I drove off I noticed car hair on the seats. Marks still there and smudge marks all over the car. They use dirty clothes and rudely speak in Romanian to each other and arguing more than cleaning. I asked to pay more for a polish but they refused because they was busy. They spoke hardly any English and smoked whilst cleaning it! Will definitely not be going back again. I spent 2 hours cleaning the car myself afterwards!

   I will openly say this to anyone, don't delay go there and get your car fixed, the team their are family and understanding, I've now found my go to garage and my focus is now fixed after a good amount of time off the road, people was telling me different things and spent a fortune.    Booked in for 8am. No one shows until 8.15. Then the lady was quite unhelpful, as a new customer how did we know the "entrance" as sign posted was not the actual entrance. I asked where I should park up and got told just there, so I did as literally as I was told. But I felt it was a bad situation to put a new customer in, maybe they should realise new customers don't know where there entrance is or where to park up as there is a car wash on the same site.

   I took my car to Newfileld yesterday, collected it today. I found the staff to be very friendly and professional. As a women I have always hated taking my car to the garage. But they made me feel at ease and explained everything that needed to be done. I will definitely be using them again.
