   Bought £8000 of western red cedar from Billy couldn’t fault the transaction between myself and Billy the price was great and the product was 90% all good had a number of lengths that was either split , marked ,damaged or just missing the tongue or groove however Billy had them replaced at no extra cost and allowed me to keep the damaged lengths. I will add the timber came straight from the sawmill so on Billy’s defence he wouldn’t of know they were damaged. One thing I will say is make sure you check the amount that’s delivered against what you paid and ordered as I didn’t check and it was short by almost 12m2 which cost me almost £1500 extra Billy did do his best to help but it was down to the sawmill so I lost out which I wasn’t pleased about. But all in I’m very happy with the cedar the price was very good and billy was great so I would definitely order again but would 100% check before I signed for the delivery to avoid any problems going forward. Still 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Thanks Scott

   Billy at First class timber was a pleasure to deal with, competitive prices and deliveries arrived as and when they said they would. We had a batch of damaged Lengths (probably more down to the transportation) which were replaced without question within a matter of days, great customer service.
