I don't have a roofing background but that is not a problem here - they are helpful in the office and the yard. Will come back in the future
Staff are petty & love blocking people in.
Had a cracked tile. They sorted out a spot on replacement from a photograph and a very nice chap from Surefix roofing who happened to be in the branch offered to fix it and turned up 15 mins later. It was the best retail experience I have had in many a year.
A fantastic branch, well stocked with friendly and helpful service by Joey, Simon and Amy.
I usually like SIG roofing but the guys at this branch are terrible at getting back to you. You have to constantly remind them that you're waiting on a price for something and they just never ever get the information that you've requested. I've been ready to place an order for over a week but I'm just waiting on a price for 1 item and they haven't bothered to get back to me so I've gone elsewhere. Considering the prices are usually more than smaller merchants, the customer service is nowhere near what it should be.

A good store but a bad place to work But that's just my opinion I think if you think about the roof You will find what you need. If you are thinking of working for them hmm A few minutes there discouraged me
Well stocked and girl on the front very helpful. If you don't have an account, they'll rip you to the bone. Wedge was a better outfit.
