   Fabulous customer service. I ordered a necklace and when it arrived the chain was broken. I notified the store and the issue was resolved immediately with no fuss and a replacement sent on next working day delivery.. Would definitely recommend

   So sad that unconcious bias still exists in this day and age. As an ethic minority I'm was really shocked and dated about how I was treated here today. The sales assistants were absolutely disgraceful, arguing with me, a customer who has spent 000's in this shop over the years, was treated like a criminal over a refund item. Was anyone else aware that if a label is removed from an garment it is deemed non exchangeable?! Even though the label was provided, it was rejected because it wasn't attached to the garment? I've never heard of anything so ludicrous, and I'm sure an excuse to not serve me. The assistants then accused me of wearing the item and returning it? Both assistants smelled the item, which hadn't been worn, just tried on, and both advised it smelled of detergent and the other perfume. If I was a white woman would I have been treated the same. I am so saddened that discrimination still continues in society today. I will certainly not be returning here again and warn other ethnic minorities of the greeting they can expect.

   I never normally write reviews but this upset me.... I ordered a blouse which all went well, but I realised a few days later I wanted to return it. Unfortunately due to mental and physical health issues, I was unable to do so in the short 2 week return window. I reached out 3 days over the return window, and explained my situation and was apologetic, but was addressed bluntly with no empathy. I have not been able to return the blouse. So I'm out of pocket a lot of money which is hard for me as I cannot work, and live with my parents. I explained all of this aswell, and again received blunt replies. I shop a lot as it the only thing to distract me from my severe conditions. I understand their policy and respect the fact my health is not their issue, but I would expect some empathy or at least understanding. I was taken aback by this situation, as it is the first time I've dealt with such hostility.

   Wow, what Excellent Service & Speed. I placed an order for a Fabulous Oui item yesterday 22/12/2022. Arrived 7am the next Day, Fantastic considering it is 2 Days before Xmas. Received Beautifully wrapped and with such care. This is not the first time I have shopped with Renee's and definately wont be the last! Thanks Ladies you have such Beautiful Collections, especially Oui Clothing ❤

   Absolutely brilliant boutique. The customer service is unbeatable. The staff were very knowledgeable about the products, giving size advice, etc. and the variety of stock is excellent. I placed an order on Friday, it was dispatched same day and I received it Monday. Thoroughly recommend this place

   I've walked past this beauty for nearly a year and I never called in until yesterday and really wish I had sooner. I needed a new top as felt really uncomfortable in what I was wearing and I had the most friendly and supportive visit. I was helped to find tops that suited my size and figure and I can honestly say I was given tops I would never have looked at but when I tried them on they felt and looked amazing!! I am absolutely thrilled with my purchases and left with a few cheeky extra tops too! Thank you so much as I usually feel really uncomfortable in-store shopping as it often leaves me feeling upset and stressed about my figure but I left feeling body confident. Thank you so much!!! ❤️

   I prefer to shop online and ordered some dresses from this shop. I wanted to return one and realised the shop was only 30 minutes away from me so called to see if they could help me choose something else. The appointment with a stylist was fantastic. They had picked out some wonderful pieces for me to try, gave me plenty of time to choose with no pressure to buy and suggested accessories that worked really well. I would never have chosen the items I bought in the shop on the website, and I was thrilled with my purchases. Their advice was invaluable and I will definitely be returning. The shop is a treasure trove of beautiful pieces and the staff were excellent. Thank you so much. I'd travel hours for service like that and I now know exactly where I'll be shopping for future outfits.
