   Bits N Bobs deserves NO STARS totally unreliable made two assessment home visit appointments this week. First appt no show texted Elliott running late better to make another appointment agreed Saturday 4th December for 3.15pm. No show at 3.40pm sent text messages to Elliott are you coming today? Elliott texted back van breakdown waiting for breakdown company to arrive which wouldn't be until later today. Elliott had no intention to come today is my feeling totally unprofessional. The hardest thing for me to accept no contact from Elliott that he was going to be later or not arriving at all. DON'T USE THIS HANDYMAN SERVICE IF YOU WANT TO WASTE YOUR TIME WAITING and WAITING for someone who doesn't turn up.

   Elliott came to our flat for a day to carry out a number of jobs for us. He was very polite and helpful on the phone and when preparing a quote. He turned up on time and did all the jobs in a really good and professional way, being proactive to fix a few more things whilst he was here. Would definitely recommend, thanks for doing a great job.

   Thank you Elliot for repairing the surround of my garage door and painting it. A job well done! With the added touch of making me a neat little lever to hold up the garage door which had a habit of sliding down on it's own! Brilliant! and is so much nicer than me propping it open with a stick!    Elliott has done various DIY jobs that we were unable to do ourselves, including the building of a patio and some painting jobs. He has also custom built a log store for us, something I’d never be able to do. We have always found him to be a hard worker, going the extra mile to make sure you’re happy with his work. He’s a ‘handy man’ to know!
