   should of done this review ages ago but better late than never. my daughter had an issue with her windscreen wipers not working, took the car to priorslee motors to be sorted. changed motor thinking it was that and still not working right, took the car back and still having issues. daughter wanted her car back but the staff at priorslee motors wouldn't let her have it back so they provided her with a courtesy car till they got to the bottom of the problem. long story cut short, their staff and master mechanics got to the bottom of the problem and sorted it all out. I can not praise the staff at priorslee motors enough, from the knowledge and professionalism they have from the front desk to the garage pits is unbelievable. i would highly recommend priorslee motors to anyone and will be using them myself in the future.

   Huge thank you to Charlotte and the team at Priorslee Motors for being able to sort a huge problem we had with our F-Pace Jag. A very very costly repair to the EGR and Ad Blu filter but the girls managed to assist us and prevent us from wasting money by trying to 'sort it ourselves'. Trustworthy and reassuring throughout the whole process; we managed to sort the issue with a speedy repair once the parts were ordered. Thank you, would highly recommend xx

   *Disappointed Experience* Sorry to say, I am quite disappointed! After a long discussion and agreeing on the Service + MOT price for my Range Rover in advance, I was surprised at the time of payment — the final bill was over £70 more than what was originally quoted. This was done without any added services and without informing me. When I questioned it, they reluctantly admitted that they had quoted a lower price by mistake during our conversation and apologized. But is that acceptable? I spent an entire day comparing prices at other service centres and chose this one based on the agreed quote. I could have gone elsewhere for a much lower price. Additionally, during the service, they recommended replacing a few parts — but when I checked, their prices were significantly higher than other garages. Very frustrating experience, poor customer care, and not worth the money at all. Definitely not recommended.

   I've used many garages with my landrover and many have ripped me off, been dishonest or service has been poor. However, Priorslee motors have been fantastic. I had an oil leak that was costly but they are the only people to discover this as going through records its clear there was a leak no one found, they just topped up the oil. They sorted my service, the leak and clutch. I had a courtesy car and while I could pay this repair, the option to use pay assist is available which i do often need. Good service plans are available too. The office is welcoming with drinks and activities for the kids. Charlotte and the team are polite, trustworthy and really know their business well. I highly recommend this garage especially if you have had bad experiences before. 10 out of 10!

   I changed my tyres today at Priorslee Motor Services in Telford. As a newcomer to the UK with limited English, I was nervous at first. Luckily, Charlotte at reception was patient and helpful. Everything went smoothly. The tyres were fresh stock, not old ones. Great service, fair prices — very professional. Highly recommended. 5 stars. I’ll definitely go back!

   Amazing customer service from the receptionists who were very friendly and extremely helpful. Would definitely recommend this garage to anyone, they seem very reliable and accommodating. With being a young driver, I felt very happy with my experience here and taken care of. I felt the price I paid for my service was very reasonable and the service was done very quickly and efficiently! Also the free access to hot drinks and biscuits was a bonus.

   Very impressed with the quality of the service I received from Priorslee motor services. I found Charlotte to be extremely helpful and she took the time to answer my endless amounts of questions before getting my car in instantly with one of their technicians. The whole job was done within an hour and we were offered drinks and biscuits whilst we waited. Very pleased with the price, the work carried out and service. I definitely recommend this garage and will be using again. An extra big shout out to Charlotte for sorting it. Absolute life saver! W.Marsh.

   My MOT was carried out here but unfortunately failed a week before we were going in holiday. Charlotte was amazing and very understanding - she managed to swiftly get hold of Mitsuibishi parts for my car and in total there were 3 repairs completed. I was updated regularly and my car was returned to me repaired and with a passed MOT. Brilliant work and customer service. Thank you, I'll definitely use the garage from now on and I will recommend them to friends and family. Thank you Charlotte and others. Very professional!
