   WARNING - Do not buy anything from here they have sent faulty products and have charge me 60 pounds next day delivery even though the item is faulty and now will have to be delayed til next week after I spoke to the suppliers. They pushing the delivery cost as a supplier issue while I talked to the supplier and they said that it was an ergonomics issue. So I've not got a product on time still charged 60 pounds and being refused a refund or compensation for the delay.

   Ordered close to £2ks worth of goods and am very pleased with the outcome. The quality is great. We had an issue with two items on the first delivery and reported these straight through. Replacements arrived within days. Communication was always very clear. I am very happy with our decision to use this company.

   Unfortunately, I’m not satisfied with my shopping experience. The customer service and product quality were poor. One of the items I received was broken, and I submitted a return request, but it has been over two days without any response. This kind of delay and lack of communication seriously damages customer trust. I hope in the future, return requests will be handled more promptly and professionally.

   Ordered a vanity unit from here and the worktop chipped within 2 weeks. I emailed and asked if I could order a replacement worktop and they advised it would be £100 for a new polymarble worktop (which is fine) but it would also cost an extra £89 pounds for delivery!! Not sure how they can justify £89 for delivery as it’s almost more expensive than the worktop itself!! They claim it is due to it being fragile and has to be sent by a special courier but I legit ordered a mirror from here and it cost £20 to deliver… anyways they are obviously just trying to keep their margins as high as possible. After further googling I’ve managed to find the same polymarble worktop from their competitor for £86 plus 25 pounds delivery. The overall customer service has been disappointing. I do not recommend this company at all. Taking advantage of customers

   STAY AWAY! Colour is NOTHING like the picture, even the wooden feet are way lighter than the picture and look cheap. Although it’s called graphite grey the pictures are almost black, yet the unit is a blue tinged grey. The quality is awful for a £500 unit. Wobbly drawers. Really not what we expected and beyond disappointed. If it wasn’t so difficult to return we’d do it for sure. Pay £50 for delivery and have to carry the whole bathroom suite in with the driver. £45 for returns and I’ve heard they even charge for £140 for a new box even though you have to cut it to get the stuff out for inspection. Have to change the colour scheme in our bathrooms renovation, including buying new tiles because of this! Honestly such frauds.

   The company could get the items I wanted, and the price was fair, they were easy to deal with to get the prices. The add-on for shipping was not clear in the initial quote and £50 is a very high delivery cost. I was surprised when I had a knock on the door and the delivery was there - would have been nice to have been advised what day it was coming. The product is yet to be installed, but all seems fine, and I would use Ergonomic Designs again.

   Recently bought a floating toilet and bath tub. Both products are amazing. The installer (builder) has commented how easy the toilet bolts are to use - they look great. Amazing value compared to other companies. Delivery was quick. Within a couple of days. If you plan ahead with your project, this company should be considered up there… will def use again on the next project.
