   Usually I don't leave reviews but this time I had to, as I've been positively impressed by the short delivery time I've received the ordered product. I've placed an online order yesterday, by 1 p.m and got it delivered 24 hours later. For a free delivery I've opted for, this is amazing. The product was well packaged, in original factory box. Well done and keep it up!

   ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Fantastic service from UK Planet Tools! I’ve ordered bits and pieces from them before with no issues, but last week I placed a large order of tools and was blown away by the experience. I was given a discount on all items plus some freebies, which was a brilliant surprise. Ordered late Wednesday night and everything arrived by Friday afternoon — super fast delivery. Alex, the rep, was amazing throughout and really looked after me. Highly recommend these lads for great prices and top-tier service! Will continue to use them!

   Ordered a Milwaukee circular saw from them, it was loose in a plastic bag, no branded cardboard box like usual and sent in a huge box with no bubble wrap/padding in. Royalmail had thrown it around in transport that much they had to stick the box back together and still delivered in with a gaping hole in the box from where it had been battered around inside. How the saw wasn’t broken and all accessories still present was beyond a miracle. Delivery was quick but the muppets in dispatch need their heads banging together.

   Ordered a makita nail gun and batterys with a offer going on for spending £500 or more and get a free makita tyre inflator. The company it self was quick to dispatch the item but the delivery company not so much, messed up my order and got sent back to the company and i eneded up getting a refund. The company were very good at replying and sorting out the situation at first. So re ordered everything but because of the fault on the delivery company the offer is no longer availble for the free tyre inflator which doesnt seem fair as i ordered it when the offer was going on. So asked the company if this could be reolved and they have now gone very quite on me.

   Good price on item.. shocking, totally inadequate packaging. SDS drill in flimsy plastic bag, no packing around it, in a simple cardboard box. Box dented, no protection for item inside. Just because its a good price, it still needs to be protected from damage

   Don’t use this company. They may be the cheapest but.... I spent £275 on a Makita drill set (£10 cheaper than other suppliers) but when it arrived the picture and part number on the box didn’t match the content so obviously not an original unopened Makita product. The drill developed a fault after a week and after some email exchanges they said they would collect it. I waited in for two days and eventually they said I would have to send it back myself. Then I heard nothing for over 2 weeks so I called them and they said they couldn’t replace it as it was longer than 30 days. After an argument with them they said they would send me a replacement that day. Then they returned the original saying there was nothing wrong with it. Probably just needs replacement brushes but after being used twice??!! Use a proper company and pay the extra £10.

   Ordered online for next day delivery in keeping with the criteria, however error in warehouse meant that item was not dispatched in time for the next day delivery. This kind of messed up my plans as I relied on the item being there the next day. Apart from that these guys are fine and I would use again.
