We booked a 6-seater from Westwick to the Hippodrome for the matinee on29th October. Mr Bailey, our driver, was there in very good time, and was good company on both outgoing and return journeys. It made the whole experience stress free. I can recommend this company

We needed transfer to Tilbury docks and back home again after our cruise. Compass Taxis were on time and efficient. Pete our driver was extremely helpful and amicable. No problems.
I've been using compass now for around 6 months to actively get to work and back 2-4 days a week. I work in Norwich so it's a decent drive and ive had nothing but good experiences with both the firm and the drivers. All drivers i have met have been approachable for a chat , or happy to quietly take you to your location if you're not really in the mood. I would recommend to anyone.
I was a bit nervous about booking a taxi company for wedding that I have never used before. i was not disappointed. what a great company Great service. Our driver Bailey arrived on time and was amazing, so friendly and efficient it was like he knew us. Do not use these guys, they have absolutely no idea what they are doing. Rang and booked a taxi for an work Xmas event 2 days before only to call well after pickup time to be told there was no booking, disgraceful!
Phoned up to order a taxi said there would be a taxi with us within 10 15 minutes half hour goes by ring back up to find out what's going on to be told there's no available cars so told one thing and another thing happened this was for a school run to collect kids from school too absolute joke never use them again terrible customer service too
such a nice staf they are to polite on calls and the driver was so nice last night we are quite loud in car but driver is to good thanks him i don't remember his name xx
Worst cab company ever i call them everyday and everyday the driver leaves after waiting just 5 m youd expect them to treat a regular costumer differently uselss tbh
