“I book a taxi three times a week for my father in law who has dementia so he can visit his wife in a care home with Alzheimer’s. He always praises the drivers and the service offered as they are always on time and helpful. He has got to know them and I have got to know the radio room well as we have had a few issues with my father in law trying to book again when I have already booked. They always phone me to let me know he tried to book for himself to other places and they know he isn’t safe to go anywhere on his own. Thank you for going above and beyond your jobs and thank you for being supportive to the rest of our family. We appreciate all you do.
