We are absolutely delighted with the repairs and servicing of our two antique pocket watches. Both watches needed new glass faces and a complete service. They have had new main springs fitted and now work beautifully. Ready to be handed on to the next generation. Given the age and sentimental value of the watches, (140 years and 120 years old) I would not trust any other watch repairer to look after our precious timepieces. I highly recommend them to you.

This review is for a simple repair on a 1943 Waltham A-11 U.S.Pilot's watch. Watch repairs of this nature are not cheap anywhere yet I was delighted that somebody recommended W.E.Clark Watch Repairs to me as I was finding it difficult to get anybody to even look at the work required. The work required was simply to swop over the existing hands which had turned black, for a pair of New Old Stock hands that I sourced in America. W.E.Clark checked they fitted before finalising the work and kept to their quoted price for the work. I am delighted with the result and am pleased to say that numerous people have been fascinated by the Hack feature on the watch and by the watch itself given that it is 82 years old and keeps remarkably accurate time. A thoroughly positive experience throughout, I'd have no hesitation in recommending W.E.Clark Watch Repairs to anybody. Many thanks indeed. Clive Rothwell

I have a vintage Omega Seamaster quartz watch which, after 40+ years, stopped working. I searched for a company who might be able to repair it and found W.E. Clark. I sent my watch to them and they evaluated it finding that it would need a repair by Omega due to it's age. Omega carried out the repair and returned the watch in excellent condition and fully working but preserving the patina that makes it unique to me. W.E Clark kept me fully informed at all stages of the process as well as advising the costs and timescales returning my watch fully tracked and insured at the end of the process. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing complex watch repairs and I am very pleased indeed with the final result.

In searching for someone to replace the glass cover on an antique pocket watch I came across WE Clark. They were very responsive throughout the process, feeding back at every step, and offering options for how to proceed. The repairs were timely and thorough and I have been impressed by the level of customer service.

Great service. I sent my watch to the manufacturer, Raymond Weil, for repair and they told my that it could not be repaired as parts were no longer made. However W E Clarke tracked done the parts and it's now it's good as new. Tremendous service. It even cost less than the original estimate! Wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Had the crystal re- installed on my pocket watch, paid by bank transfer - easy; retuned safe and sound. Packaging and insured gr8. I thought it a bit pricey at £45, did consider buying the tool for the job but determined too risky and leave to the experts. When you think the insured cover and packaging each way plus labour it is reasonable! Would recommend ⏱

From start to finish the service I received was first class. They did exactly what I wanted with my watch and the crystal makes it look so different. I love it! Communication was spot on with all aspects of the job and my watch was returned sooner than expected. I can tell they treat all the items under their care with due attention. Will recommend to all my friends and family should they need any work doing in the future. Thank you once again

W.E. Clark did a very good dial restoration on my grandfather's watch (the one I remembered from my childhood, left to rot in a drawer before it reached me). The result speaks for itself, was done professionally and is what trhe watch should always have been. The mail-in service was conducted efficiently and professionally. I would heartily recommend them for any similar request.

I have a 20 year old Omega Seamaster which is my every day watch. It needed a major service, new bracelet as it had worn and broken and I had scratched and dented the bezel. After a few emails going back an forth Daniel explained exactly what would be needed and I brought the watch in for him to check. After seeing it he gave me a detailed price and the watch went off for the work. He quoted me approximately 4 weeks before I would get it back. I received a call almost exactly 4 weeks later and I collected the watch. I am so pleased with the work, the watch looks like the day I purchased it. The new bezel has finished it off beautifully. If you are considering using WE Clarke for a watch repair do not look anywhere else and give them a call, they are experts in this field and you will not be disappointed with the results. Daniel and his team were excellent and kept me informed of the progress, I am so pleased to have the watch back in its original state. Thank you for excellent customer service and end results.
