This company fixed my high end gaming pc, l am very happy with their service, l was amazed how fast they turned it around, l personally will be using them from now on, happy to travel to lewes for them to help me. Now looking at buying a top end laptop from them to. Because of the service l got last time.
Really helped me sort out my tec set up. They built a marvellous machine. Personable owners, a superb #localbusiness in #lewes #eastsussex So gratreful it is there.
I handed in the parts for a custom PC build to this place and was charged £120 for assembly service and (what would’ve been) £60 for installation of Windows 11. I was actually charged £150 total and sent on my way. Physically the build is great, but upon booting it up I’ve spent my entire day after work calling different friends who are good with computers and searching the web, and am writing this as a friend who lives half an hour away drives down to help me since, after two hours on a call, we discovered; 1) No drivers were installed, so I don’t have WiFi or the ability to CONNECT to WiFi plus my GPU wasn’t showing on any specs 2) BIOS hadn’t been touched 3) nothing has been updated. I don’t think they did any testing or configuration of any sort at the shop I get the shop said they hadn’t worked with a PC of these specs before, but for the money I paid I would’ve hoped I would be able to bring it home and just get to work instead of spending hours of both mine and my friends personal time tweaking, plus the hours of windows updates that will follow. The service was fast and communication was good, but I’m really let down by the lack of actual readiness of the build and feel like I definitely did not get what I paid for. Ultimately I would rather trust my friend to help me get this resolved than to be charged even more money and be running a tower back and forth for something that should’ve absolutely been done day one.
The Chaps a decent guy. Its a 2 star because he said he shuts at 5pm. I was there 4:50 and it was shut. This was a Saturday. I need my laptop to work. It's my career on the line here and this chap out right shut the shop without notice knowing he's not open for the next 2 days. I asked him what time did he close on Saturday and he said 5. Outright lied! 2nd thing. I'd expect a computer shop to atleast think out side the box and help a customer out. But this guy is too concerned about his suppliers having the parts rather than good understanding of the market and what the laptop needs. I get that it's about insurance and I fully understand how business works but don't waste my time. Take my laptop whilst initially telling me no chance. Should've taken a photo, done your due diligence then told me. Not hold my laptop hostage. Would not recommend to anyone who needs someone who cannot take initiative.
I cannot speak highly enough of Iconic computers, especially Scotts service. Scott is so calm and helpful and has always been able to sort out my computer and answer any questions I have about my apple devices quickly. I bought my reconditioned iPhone from Iconic as well as a reconditioned computer and I am delighted with them both. If you need help with your computer or need computer or phone accessories, check them out. They're brilliant!

Took computer in during holiday season, got diagnosed within 2 hours, fixed it up myself. Would definitely (and will probably have to at some point) use again.
Highly recommend Iconic. They are great for advice when I’ve wanted to buy laptop or device for son, have fixed my laptop (thankfully!) and even lent me an iPad while they did so as I’m in the middle of a course. They are so nice as well!
The staff in this shop are so unbelievably helpful. I purchased a macbook pro from elsewhere and I was hunting a USB adapter for a mouse to fit with it. At short notice the staff organised a bluetooth mouse for me to make a tight work deadline. Thank you so, so much!
Highly recommended. Faulty laptop tested and diagnosed within an hour and repaired the same day including replacement of the drive with an ssd. Cost was very reasonable and there was no attempt to up sell. This is service as it should be.
