   I hired County Plumbers to convert my open vented heating system in my BN2 flat to a sealed and pressurised setup. The work included removing the old F&E tank, installing an expansion vessel, PRV, pressure gauge and filling loop, capping redundant pipework and fully recommissioning the system. Jake and Richard were excellent throughout. They had no qualms working with my Trianco Aztec electric boiler and handled everything confidently. I really appreciated Richard’s approach when suggesting improvements, saying “this is what I’d do if it were my own home,” which gave me a lot of confidence in their recommendations. The workmanship was high quality, they were tidy, and both were very easy to deal with. Communication was clear and the whole process was handled professionally. I’d happily recommend County Plumbers to anyone looking for reliable, knowledgeable engineers and a job done properly.

   Moved to Worthing from out the area, found the boiler in property was completely dead, we knew it was very old but maybe expected some life. Called up County Plumbers, Jake came round within the hour, suggested it could be fixed but its at the point throwing money at an old boiler not cost effective. He ordered the combi new boiler which was delivered same day. It was fitted day later, absolutely fantastic service. Nice professional install, all mess was cleared. Their labour cost were very reasonable, one happy, now warm customer. Thanks Guys

   Excellent professional service from start to finish. They diagnosed a tricky leak quickly and efficiently, carried out a full annual boiler service and supplied and fitted both new cold water flow turbine and hot water sensor. Everything was explained clearly and they carried out the work to a high standard. Boiler is running better than ever, peace of mind. Highly recommend.

   TLDR: County Plumbers Supplied and fitted an immersion heater element in June. The heater cut out in September, they said they would charge a callout fee to investigate. which is illegal under consumer rights act 2015. as it was within six months of installation. When things go wrong, that's when good companies stand out. We asked county plumbers to supply and fit an immersion heater on June 12th They left site but forgot to switch it on. They came back to rectify that as soon as it was reported. 3 months later (Sept 7th) the heater thermostat reset itself. We called county plumbers but they were both unavailable, poorly at the time. Richard did say it might be my fuse box ( it wasn't as we have a new consumer unit with ECIR certs). But what was more concerning, he also said if he came out to look at it he'd have to charge me a call out fee. I believe that is illegal under the consumer rights act 2015. as it was within six months of installation , and they supplied and installed the item, "Reverse burden of proof" applies. Anyway, it's now tripping more frequently and we're now paying another plumber to change the unit rather than continue to deal with Country plumbers.

He discussed the pros and cons of all the different options available to us and let us make the decision. The installation was done quickly and efficiently by Jake and Richard.    Richard came around and gave me an in-depth quote after appraising the job. The following week the team came around to install a new combi on demand boiler and two new additional radiators. The lads took 2 days and worked from 8.30am to 6pm without a break. Very happy with the work and they went the extra mile by sourcing original bricks for the relocated flue. Nice people and an excellent standard of work at a fair price.
