    Really impressed with the professionalim and quality service provided by Richard and Jake. Our ancient boiler had no water pressure and was giving out no hot water. We did a video call at first to assess the problem and to see if there was any thing I could do at home. When it was apparent it was more complicated fix, they came down first thing the next day to have a look. We needed a new boiler and they managed to secure one that afternoon to install tomorrow morning. We're very thankful for how fast they worked to ensurewe could get our hot water back! They were efficient and respectful at all times, and would recommend them to anyone in the future.

Since I moved in my water never heated up correctly and knowone could find the reason and thanks to County plumbers showing me where to change the temerature I now have hotter water again.
