   Paul is a very experienced gas safety engineer (who is on the Gas Safe Register) who came to service our boiler and stove. He answered any questions we had in great depth and took a lot of care over ensuring everything was just right. He then provided us with the safety certificate. We were both very impressed by his level of expertise and highly recommend him. He also sorted our loose cobbles and paving slabs on our steps, which had been causing us issues for a long time. For both jobs he very kindly made time for us within the timescale we needed. Very reliable and friendly, and a 5 star service at a fair price.

   I 100% recommend Paul’s heating/boiler fault finding and resolution work. Paul works tirelessly to find solutions and his prompt diagnosis and resolution, is like no other person I know. He is professional and so hard working. He even came over to save Christmas, fixing our boiler on Christmas Eve, when he should have finished work for the day but didn’t want to leave us without hot water and heating over Christmas. He even lent me a plug in radiator as a backup. We are truly appreciative of all Paul’s effort. Thank you.

   Paul is a great guy who can basically do everything. He is qualified electrician as well as plumber. He put in new piping/ boiler/ hob/oven for kitchen refit (which included changing gas pipes to regulation size) Installed new under stairs loo which involved cutting through old down pipes that ran under the house and putting in new ducting for fan. He completed all plumbing and electric to an amazing standard for both jobs. He is extremely professional and very helpful at answering my million and one questions. Can highly recommend him for any job.

   Finding someone who is both an electrician and heating engineer and who can turn his hand to almost any aspect of home refurbishment is fantastic for customers. Paul fitted our new bathroom and kitchen to a very high standard, all from my hand drawn plans. He came in before the builders to prep the electrics, then afterwards finished off some carpentry jobs, installed new radiators, and left everything clean and tidy. Nothing was ever too much trouble and he is always extremely pleasant, polite, trustworthy, keeps you informed and was very sweet to our tricky dog. Highly recommended.

   Paul first did work for me ten years ago and I haven’t used anyone else since. He is very kind, honest, trustworthy and thorough. He goes above and beyond (he came out to rescue me over Christmas one year as I was heavily pregnant and had no heating). When he quoted for a new boiler, he was the best price of three and ended up doing a great job fitting it for me. He’s done several jobs already for me this year - repaired a bath (that someone else fitted), he’s done a gas safety check, and last night he came and fitted a whole new lighting system in my bathroom. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.
