Having been without central heating for 5 days I was lucky enough to contact this company,who kindly fitted us in between other jobs. The leaking pipe which had caused the problem was swiftly and efficiently dealt with,and an adjacent pipe which was heading the same way was also replaced.However,when the heating was turned back on it would not fire up,and the engineer spent a long time trying to identify the problem.As usual,it was the last thing that he checked,and he sorted that out too,determined not to leave us without heating and hot water. I can't praise him enough,and the size of the bill was a pleasant surprise,considering the amount of work he had done,and the amount of time he had to spend here. I do not hesitate to recommend this firm,and will certainly be using them again.

What a fantastic professional company. I saw the van outside and popped out and asked if they could pop in and have a look at Some plugs that Weren’t working they did so and then set a date and time.when they came back on time, they were very professional in their response, found the cause of the issue, gave me different options and then the work was completed successfully in a timely way. I have used Willett Technical many times over the years and have always been very happy with the service and price. I recently had an ensuite bathroom installed by them which was quite a big job. The job was done thoroughly and to a high standard. I would recommend Willett Technical as I trust their workmanship.
I'm afraid my elderly mother's experience of Mr Willett's boiler service and manner left her feeling bullied and upset. She was charged for an extra hour's work to write a certificate, he failed to set the relatively simple timer and left the contents of the meter cupboard sprawled across the floor. Would not recommend for an elderly relative.
We recently moved into a property with an inadequate heating system, which resulted in very poor hot water pressure, especially in the shower. Willett Technical Services installed a new high pressure hot water tank in the airing cupboard and ran the additional piping required into various places, including some that went under floor and to the exterior of the property. All work undertaken was of the highest standard and finish, at a good price. They went above and beyond when my front door lock failed during a visit when I was not present, replacing the lock and securing the property for my return. I have already recommended them to family and am told they provided great service to them also.
