He is professional and so hard working. He even came over to save Christmas, fixing our boiler on Christmas Eve, when he should have finished work for the day but didn’t want to leave us without hot water and heating over Christmas. “PDP did not provide the cheapest quote for solar installation but I am so pleased I chose them to do the job. The system was put in exactly as described. It looks great, works great and all of the PDP team were professional throughout the process, respecting my property and explaining the equipment. They also respected my wishes with regards to the positioning of the TESLA PowerWall and associated equipment. I can’t fault anything at all. As I said, not the cheapest out there but if you are adding things to your property (especially on the roof) I think it’s worth paying a little extra to get it right first time. I had the install in March and I’ve already saved thousands of pounds. So the installation will pay for itself in several years anyway.”

“Optimum engineers have been sent by our appliance insurers Domestic & General to repair our hob and oven several times over the last year, and we were always pleased by their efficiency and customer service. I wouldn't necessarily go out of my way to leave an online review though if I hadn't had a really awful experience with another company which Domestic & General sent to repair our oven last moth. Basically that company failed to do the job, we were without the oven for over 5 weeks and I spent half a day last week on the phone to Domestic & General insisting that they book us in with the engineers they sent to us in the past (Optimum). Eventually, the appointment was booked, their engineer came today, super-helpful and nice guy, fixed the oven in 10 minutes! I'd definitely recommend Optimum to others, both in terms of the quality of engineers we have dealt with and also very pleasant and helpful telephone customer service.”

“Glen was professional, personable, and reliable. He really listened to what we wanted and was honest about how things would look like at the end. He built some stairs over a very wonky concrete hill and they look fantastic. (We are still amazed at what a good job he did).
