    Exercise extreme caution when dealing with this company. For major installations, I strongly recommend hiring an independent third party to verify their work, as Safehouse cannot be trusted to deliver what they promise. Safehouse was contracted to replace a radiator with specific BTU requirements, as the previous unit was underpowered. On installation day, they arrived with a radiator that had only half the heating output we had explicitly requested and they had agreed to provide. When I pointed out this discrepancy, the engineer attempted to convince me the undersized unit would be adequate. I explained that if we had wanted this smaller capacity, we wouldn't have arranged a replacement in the first place. To put this in perspective: it's equivalent to ordering a 50-inch television but receiving a 25-inch model while still paying premium prices. After several phone calls, they acknowledged their error and agreed to return with the correct radiator. However, they had apparently disposed of the original unit, leaving us completely without heating during winter in a bathroom with single-glazed windows. Worse still, the engineers departed without testing the heating system, leaving us with a deficient setup. I contacted the owner Denver to express my dissatisfaction, emphasizing that my family would be left without heating during the coldest months (something I wouldn't have minded in summer). Denver assured me that someone would deliver a portable heater to temporarily heat the bathroom while we waited for the correct installation. This promise proved emptyβ€”no heater was provided. When they finally installed the proper radiator a week later, they once again failed to properly test and balance the heating system, requiring yet another callback to complete the job correctly. Avoid this company entirely.

    My letting agents had reached out to Safe House, specifically, because they could offer after hours inspections in special circumstances. We were in a position where I couldn't be home during the day due to work and my agents were in the process of getting a new key for the front door to my building because the locks had just been replaced, so they couldn't lend Safe House a key to complete the safety checks. When the scheduling agent contacted me, they didn't offer the evening or a weekend time slot. I know the letting company had told them to. I asked them to speak to the letting company to confirm. Almost a week later I got a phone call in the evening saying "the technician is on their way". Luckily, I was home. No one had tried to schedule a day for this to happen or communicated with me at all after the initial email. The technician was nice, professional and friendly (the only reason there are any stars), but the main office is inconsiderate and uncommunicative. Also, consider having Safe House phone numbers so that it's not just a strange number ringing a person's phone. I almost didn't pick up for the technician because I hadn't been told anything was scheduled.

    I needed to replace the balcony door on my flat. Safehouse were excellent in all stages of the process. They couldn't have been more helpful and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them. Apart from doing a great job, everyone I dealt with was a joy to work with. THANK YOU!

    I’ve waited more than 24 hours for an emergency (!!!) plumber to come in, only to be told that a special part of the cylinder needs to be ordered (photos were provided in advance) and nothing can be done with the leak in my flat. Very bad experience.

    Be very careful of this company. If it's a big job that they are doing, make sure you are getting a 3rd party to check as they can't be trusted. Safehouse was instructed to replace the radiator and was given the specifics such as the BTU (previous rad was underpowered) . On the day that it was getting changed, they came with a similar radiator which was half the heating output that they were instructed (to which they agreed). As I knew about radiator specifications i told them that this wasn't what was instructed. The engineer tried to convince me that this would be fine but I told them if we wanted this size we wouldn't have changed it in the first place. (for layman it's as if you've ordered a 50 inch TV but you are getting a 25 inch TV/which for Safehouse is much cheaper but still charging you a premium). Couple of calls after they decided they will have to come back to install what they agreed in fhe first place but guess what, god knows what they did with the previous radiator and they told us we would be without radiator (this is in winter in a bathroom which has single glaze window). The engineers left the property without testing the radiators or heating which left us with a deficient heating system. Called one of the owners Denver and told him how dissatisfied I am of the service and me and my family will be left without heating for a while in winter. I did mention if it was in Summer i wouldn't have bothered. The owner then said that I'm assuming there will be no heater for myself but assured me someone will come around to bring a portable heating that I could connect to heat the bathroom up. Sadly it was all talk but 0 action. The heater never turned up and they installed the new radiator (pictured) after a week, this time again they didn't check the heating properly and they had to be called back to properly balance the heating system. Stay away from this company

    We now have working radiators! Jake came through on a cold night to fix our heating. He was very proffesional, kind and down to Earth. We could tell from the get go that Jake was on a mission to get things working again for us. Jake was very good at making the complexities of our heating system understandable and provided us with clear straightforward instructions. He was also kind enough to answer and entertain all of our probably simple questions and gave us a good understanding of how we got into this spot. Nothing short of a life saver, we now don't have an ice cold house and we are now ready for winter. Thank you Jake!

    Safe House Property Maintenance helped us on a very short notice. We just recently moved and not having been showed how things work was not a walk in the part at all. Massive thank you to Mr. Jake who checked and helped us. We can say he displayed utmost professionalism, product knowledge, critical thinking and he showed kindness to us new tenants. Mr. Jake literally saved our lives from near hypothermia due to broiler problems and now it's working as it should be. Kudos!
