   We recently suffered a failure of our Mitsubishi Ecodan heat pump, and the firm who installed it quoted an astronomical figure for replacement parts, as well as charging me for an unneccessary visit. In desperation I called PDP Services and Paul fixed the problem with a mixture of some recycled parts, a great deal of skill and experience, and extreme attention to detail. All at a cost to us which was more than reasonable. I would absolutely recommend PDPServices to those looking for expertise and integrity.

   PDP did not provide the cheapest quote for solar installation but I am so pleased I chose them to do the job. The system was put in exactly as described. It looks great, works great and all of the PDP team were professional throughout the process, respecting my property and explaining the equipment. They also respected my wishes with regards to the positioning of the TESLA PowerWall and associated equipment. I can’t fault anything at all. As I said, not the cheapest out there but if you are adding things to your property (especially on the roof) I think it’s worth paying a little extra to get it right first time. I had the install in March and I’ve already saved thousands of pounds. So the installation will pay for itself in several years anyway.

   A Manager from PDP came out to see us about an electrical fault we were having in our living-room & dining-room (after they did a full inspection & approved our electrics 2 months before) the manager told us we needed to rip out carpet & wood floors to find the fault (after just buying our house this was a cost we didn’t need). We had a second opinion & the fault was fixed in 1 hour without ripping up our floors. Shame on the Manager for standing in our home & giving us a dishonest opinion. Beware….

   We have used PDP Services on several occasions for various things and have always been satisfied in their professionalism and ability to attend quickly. This time we needed a repair to the bath tap which was done on the first visit. The technician attending was very thorough and went into the loft to check the hot water supply etc.to ensure the job was done correctly and efficiently. He showed us the completed work and explained what the issue had been, making sure we were happy before he left. Thank you as always for solving the problem.

   PDP installed solar panels and an iBoost water heater (uses excess solar to heat water) for us. Mark responded quickly and efficiently to our queries, both by phone and email. The work was done as detailed in the quotes, starting on the day specified and with no additional charges. The solar panel fitters Lee and Jamie fitted panels in the heat of the cloudless June day, they were friendly, and professional leaving a neat tidy installation. Henry the electrician answered my various questions and explained the system. His work was very good and he left a neat and professional looking installation of the inverter, isolators, export meter etc. I have no hesitation in recommending PDP to friends / neighbours.
