Very pleased with my treatment this afternoon. Was seen early for my appointment. The dentist was very considerate. Receptionist polite and helpful. My elderly father who is quite frail uses this practice too and they're great with him.

From the moment I made the initial phone call, the standard of care was simply outstanding, showcasing a truly well-managed practice from the ground up. I was accepted as an NHS patient the very same day and was fitted in for a consultation an incredibly prompt hour and a half later. The efficiency didn't stop there. After a quick x-ray, the team found time to perform a necessary wisdom tooth extraction immediately. This level of responsiveness is virtually unheard of and greatly appreciated. The reception staff were the first point of contact, and they were brilliant: exceptionally polite, sociable, and pleasant to talk to. They thoroughly explained all follow-up procedures and clearly outlined the costings, which left me feeling completely informed and at ease. The dentist and assistant staff were equally impressive—polite, highly supportive, and meticulous. They provided clear, thorough explanations before and during the work, ensuring I was comfortable throughout the extraction. This is clearly a practice that runs on competence and patient-first care. The seamless experience, from the initial contact to the successful procedure and detailed aftercare instructions, reflects a team that is coordinated, professional, and genuinely cares. Have been coming to this Dental Practice for many years. The staff are always friendly and professional. Our last appointment was with Dr Farooqui who was so lovely in how he spoke to and dealt with my children and how clearly he explained everything to us. Great service
Fantastic service from the moment you walk in through the door. Elaine in reception greets with a friendly smile and total professionalism. She has a calming nature and explains everything succinctly and efficiently. The Dental staff also are very friendly and professional. Everything is carried out with the care of the patient in the forefront of the time spent with them. Thank you for making my first visit feeling cared for and calming.
My first time for myself at this dental practice. They got me in quickly and were very helpful. My first appointment had been postponed by them so when I encountered an issue they acknowledged that I shouldn't be treated as a private patient when I am registered as NHS (i pay for my treatment). Elaine who is the receptionist was absolutely brilliant.. caring helpful and understanding. She is definitely an asset to the practice. 5 stars from me

I do not recommend. Madhavi Konduru was the dentist I went to a few times(wasted time), every time she was late, she did not explain anything to me even if I asked her, what is worse the fillings put by her had to be replaced after 2 months because under the filling was not well cleaned confirming to me another dentist. I complained at the reception about the problems I had, although I asked them to change my dentist but they did nothing.
