   I found them to be unreliable. I made arrangements with Marcus to call round to take measurements on Friday 6 Jan. Marcus said he would call when he was on his way. I waited in all day for him. At 4.38pm that day, he messaged me, simply saying ‘Can I call in to measure tomorrow morning about 9.30’ It’s really frustrating to be let down like this. Even worse that there wasn’t even an apology. Not only is this unprofessional, it’s rude.

   We are absolutely delighted with the carpets and the service from Tayflor. Their fitters were hard working, polite, tidy and carried out the fitting to very high standard of workmanship. Tayflor were very helpful from the moment we went into their showroom and provided good advice throughout. We had approached them on the basis of a recommendation and have no hesitation in recommending to prospective customers.

   I highly recommend Marcus and the team at Tayflor. He went over and above in helping us in a crisis, during what was an extremely stressful situation with a previous poor supplier. His team are professional, and laid our 3 storey stairway and landings carpets perfectly. They cleaned up as well as I would have done. I give them 11/10 for the all round service.

   Can't recommend Tayflor highly enough. We were lent samples for as long as we needed to decide on the flooring we wanted. The fitting was scheduled to suit our availability and the fitting was done very professionally. The quality of our carpets and laminate flooring is really high and has transformed our home and they have been fitted perfectly, including new door trims. I am very pleased with the job and will defiintely use them again.
