   A very disappointing experience. Signed up for two years cover for two appliances in August 2025 for a payment of £200 payable in August and September. To date I have had no written confirmation of cover despite a number of phone calls and emails. On one of the phone calls my payments and cover were confirmed but still no written or email confirmation. I recently submitted a request via the web site for assistance in a washing machine break down and again I have had no response. VERY DISAPPOiINTED customer.

   Had to phone up about a repair for my fridge freezer. I have problems explaining things due to a brain bleed so couldn't describe the issue properly. Was put through to Jackson on the situation who was very patient and understanding with me and finally had the matter resolved. Dealt with me personally when had to phone back with fridge/freezer model no. So I didn't have to try go through everything again with someone else. So grateful to him.

   Was recommended this company through a family friend who use them also. My washing machine finally gave out and needed a repair, called up Igloo and was greeted by very friendly and helpful customer service team. The repair man came two days later and fixed it right away. Really good value for money especially not that I don’t have to fork out for a new washing machine.

   Absolute pleasure dealing with Johnathan. My TV had stopped working and within 1 hour of my initial call, I was booked in for a technical review for my Samsung television. The team that deals with repairs had decided over the phone that a replacement would be suitable rather than a repair and I received my replacement television the NEXT day!! 10/10 customer service, 10/10 responsiveness and I will be recommending this company to my friends and family definitely!
