Brilliant service! I phoned Keith in desperation as we couldn't get the TV working in our new home. He was there, ready to help first thing the next morning. It took much longer than expected as the whole installation and set-up proved to be tricky. However, at the end, Keith had figured it all out and the TV with all the Apps and functions worked a treat! If anybody needs help with the television look no further! Keith is the man! TV aerial came down Easter weekend. I was recommended to Keith and phoned him yesterday - he arrived first thing this morning. Not an easy job as the aerial had wrapped itself around the chimney stack. Keith was so careful in releasing it, taking great care not to damage roof tiles or guttering. He advised replacing it with a new one in the loft which is a great relief with our more frequent very strong winds. He then checked and retuned the TVs. Can't praise him highly enough - professional and friendly, thorough and careful, explaining everything and his price was very fair considering how long it all took. Have already recommended him to friends.

Look no further! Keith installed a new aerial for us last summer and when we had some issues with the quality of our signal he came out within 24 hours and sorted everything out for us. He explains things in a really helpful way, is extremely personable, yet professional. If you have any kind of issue with your TV then I cannot recommend Keith highly enough!

I heartily endorse all the positive reviews I asked Keith to come and sort out the assorted legacy boxes, wires, handsets that made up my 'the house that jack built' TV set up. He has done everything I could have wished for, easy to use, redundant wires done away with, all on one handset now, a better TV signal. And he even managed to explain what he was doing in terms I understood. Plus he's a nice guy. I'm picky and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Keith
