   I’d give 6 stars if I could, they helped me very quickly when I was in desperate need. Incredibly open and honest. As a girl we always worry about getting the girls prices/treatment, this absolutely isn’t the case here. It’s a shame I’m not a local as they’d be my go-to garage!

   I am new to this garage, having found it through reviews on Google and The Good Garage Scheme. I went for brake pads but later discovered I needed discs too. This was done quickly and was competitively priced. Communication was good; they kept me fully informed. Then I discovered a non safety related issue with them. This is when I found out just how good this business is. The way I was treated was exemplary. I had in mind how I would have liked my issue to be resolved, but my expectations were exceeded. It is hard to please everybody all the time, but even harder to satisfy customers with a 'complaint'. Ky did this for me without question. I would strongly recommend Trench Lock Autos and will definitely use them again. Thank you!

Wouldn't use anywhere else now, my cars been in for many things lately and they are so honest- you know what they say is wrong with your car is wrong an they are not just trying to rip you off.    Both myself and my partner used this garage for our services on our cars and we were so happy with the efficiency in which they work. The attention to detail was unlike anywhere else I've been before (even main dealerships!) and I definitely will be coming here again for my next service and MOT. Ky is very friendly and trustworthy, which goes a long way being a young female driver, and is always happy to help and give advice. I would definitely recommend!

   I cannot recommend Trench Lock Autos enough. very professional and friendly. the MOT carried out was very thorough and highlighted issues with my vehicle that needed immediate remedial work. at no point during my interactions with TY did I feel as though I was being fleeced and you can tell they take pride in the work being carried out. I will 100% be using Trench Lock Autos again in the future for any MOTs and servicing for my T5. Thanks Again.
