Lovely team of people that was very helpful in getting me fixed and back on the road. Removed a star as really had trouble when calling, knowone answers and this makes it hard when queries need answered. But great job and friendly and understanding. Thank you brighton window team
Great communication and polite staff. After being let down by the Crawly branch, these guys got my windscreen replaced quickly and without hassle. Fitter was great and explained what he was doing and how long it would take whilst I waited.

I noticed a crack in my windscreen. I called Aviva and the automated message said to book online via National Wondscreens. The next available appointment was about 10 days later. Not a big deal, but it's quite frustrating that you don't get a time to book just a day. Fortunately my work were flexible in allowing me to take time to get to/from the centre. Anyway, I arrived and the staff (3 gents I spoke to) were very welcoming, kind and explained everything. They asked if I wanted to wait, or when I'd like to come back and called me as soon as it was sorted. Would recommend them.

Workshop service is good but national call out useless as they never turned up for repair. Service engineers professional but call out service poor.
Unfortunately for me, the company completely failed. Still no reply on why they failed to turn up on the appointed day. Still no apology. Customer service does not exist.
The technician who came was friendly and chatty, which is always a bonus. Took about an hour to sort out a broken windscreen. As we were about to leave for holiday even better service. Both technician and thw call centre.
Got a nice crack on the windscreen. Had to wait a week before they could fix it, due to their huge work load. 4 days later, nice stone hit it and cracked it again. Twice in 10 days!. Again, they couldn't fix it for 10 days. But they contracted their. Brighton branch, and I got it done the following morning.
