   All round excellent. All I wanted was a tap valve but was having trouble sourcing the part. The guys took the time to identify the unit I needed, ordered it in and rang me when it arrived as promised. Just super friendly, efficient service when other major outlets had made it plain they weren't really interested in doing the work to supply a single low value item. Thanks.

   I've been buying my plumbing and heating supplies from CPS for years but I've never provided a review. However, I had an issue with my boiler providing heating but not hot water so I went to CPS to enquire about a diverter valve that has either gone or on it's way out and was dealt with by Stefan. He was absolutely brilliant! Stefan took the time to listen to the issues we were experiencing and went about explaining about the different types of automatic valves showing me the brands they stocked and which ones would do the job. Stefan left me with a most positive experience during my visit to the branch and as such, I felt compelled to relay how good his customer service was.    We have had fantastic service from Dave at City Plumbing , our ensuite’s and bathroom have been installed during lockdown and all done on drawings that were taken in for Dave to design and advise us on . The service from him and the team was outstanding , having to source products , deliver and always with a smile . Would thoroughly recommend to use these guys , they go that extra mile .

   Waste of time. Called to verify stock. Confirmed availability and reserved goods only to be told no stock of one item when I arrived. Then refused to supply second item. Wasted call, journey and time.
