We had a wonderful experience when visiting Silverado a couple of weeks ago. It's rare to find minimalist, contemporary pieces on the high street and this shop was full of beautiful designers. We chose a necklace as a christening gift from her Godparent's and we were delighted with the necklace and the service we received was so personal. Such a cute shop with items for all budgets. Customer service is brilliant - I've been in a number of times and whomever is working on the day, they are chatty, friendly and very accommodating. I recently ordered x 3 necklaces for my Bridesmaids and a set of new rings for myself. All staff have been very helpful and gone the extra mile to ensure I get the right items I've needed. Highly recommend.

Long time fan of Silverado, usually in Brighton but occasionally in Lewes. My review is for the lovely lady in Lewes on June 24th (which happened to be my birthday). I think I overheard that her name was Victoria (sorry if I’m wrong!). She was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and approachable. We arrived at the shop around the same time as several other customers, and the way in which Victoria(?!) calmly and efficiently managed the shop, seeing that everyone was looked after, was very impressive! Always have and always will continue to recommend Silverado as a must when looking for a special piece of jewellery :)
