Got two necklaces repaired over Christmas and they did a perfect job. Got them back within a couple days. They were so kind and helpful, easy and quick process, they didn’t charge me At all because it was Chrismas ! So kind

This jewellers are so helpful. Maria is amazing! I had my opal ring repaired a few years ago by their goldsmith. I’ve had it since I was 18 years old. I designed it and had it made at a jewellers all that time ago. I’m now 50 and recently it snapped when I caught it on a door. After going round several jewellers in the Lanes only Sapphire were willing to take on fixing it as it. It was a tricky fix as the opals had popped out and the band was snapped. They fixed it and I was thrilled. Just recently it got caught on something again. Sadly the silver had become thin over time. I went back to Maria, who gave it to her goldsmith. It came back too big, really fragile (the band was so thin!) and slightly wonky. Maria agreed that it wasn’t right. She went above and beyond and actually watched the re-repair this time. When I picked it up today I could’ve have cried with joy! More silver had been added to the weakened band and it had been moulded back into shape, so it was the right fit. I’m thrilled. Wanted a necklace made for my girlfriends birthday. Spoke to Daniel there who was very quick to responded to emails and very helpful in choosing a gemstone when going to the store. Picked up the necklace today and it’s amazing, would highly recommend. Would definitely go back to them if I needed anything else.

Amazing find in the heart of the lanes in Brighton. They re-made my wife’s wedding band and engagement ring and did an amazing job. All handmade and completely bespoke. The staff are amazing and so knowledgeable. You can tell they are passionate about what they do and the skill of the master craftsman is amazing. The price is very reasonable and most importantly honest.
