Incorrect in terms of prices. When I asked if the size of the shipment mattered I was told that it didn't and that the price was Β£1.45/kg. Subsequently at the office it turned out that for packages/suitcases over 60cm the price is Β£1.75/kg. Even their site didn't say anything about it and then they added it. In addition, the announced discount of 16% for sending by Econt was not given to me. You have no choice and I had to use them, but I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Dishonest traders! Misleading company!! The person who I communicated with about the sizing and prices told me that the price is Β£1.45/per kilo regardless of the size, but when I got to the office it turned out that if my parcel is more than 60 cm the price is Β£1.75 per kilo. There was no information about that on their website either and they added it after I made an issue about that! Furthermore, I did not get the promised 16% discount from the price of the delivering company in Bulgaria (Econt). I didn't have another option at that moment and had to use them, but would not recommend them to anyone! Please find another option! Such companies should not be supported!
