   I could spend all day writing about how good the experience with Alex was. His knowledge and professionalism really made it all the more simpler when designing the perfect engagement ring for my now Fiancée Despite myself constantly changing the design and budget, Alex remained extremely patient and listened to all my requests/questions but also suggested ideas himself that I didn’t consider.    Alex went above and beyond to find the perfect engagement ring for my now fiancé. He is an incredibly skilled and knowledgeable jeweller. I felt safe/secure, especially when making such a big decision and designing the perfect ring. Alex took the time to explain all the options and take into account my budget. During the making of the ring, he even found a better Diamond than the one we originally going for. I genuinely cried when he presented the ring and I knew I made the right choice. He even met me after hours at his office to do a final touch-up on the ring. You will not regret choosing Alex.

   I was nervous about purchasing some diamond earrings for my wife for her birthday, knowing a limited amount. I also wanted something with some thought behind it rather than just an off the shelf purchase. From our initial meeting, Alex was superb, talking me through the options and about what I might achieve i.e how to perhaps match design to her original engagement ring etc. He then helped me budget and set expectations and the final result was beautifully put together and presented and a huge hit.
