The watch hadn't worked for decades and now I have a beautiful timepiece with immense sentimental value that keeps absolutely perfect time.    I highly recommend James Ross Jewellers. I took a very expensive watch into a different place to change the battery and they totally ruined it. Went to James Ross to see if they could do anything with it. Picked it up today and the back of the watch is like brand new. Always use a reputable jewellers who know exactly what they are doing. I will now not go anywhere else to have my jewellery repaired. So happy and pleased with the outcome. Thank you very much.

   Highly recommend!!! James Ross jewellers went above and beyond to repair and restore my vintage Rolex. I initially struggled to find anywhere who would even look at my watch but the minute I spoke to James on the phone I knew this place was the one.
