   I decided to do a little plumbing of my own until I got to a stage where I needed advice and further equipment. I went to the store with a photo and list of thing's I thought I needed. A young dark haired chap behind the counter welcomed me and was very polite. After explaining what I was trying to accomplish he advised me to purchase a particular item and a lot less thing's than I previously expected I'd need. This not only saved me money but hassle too. The gentleman was fantastic and had brilliant customer service skills so I shall definitely return and recommend this business. Thank you! (attended on Wednesday 21st Feb at approx 12:00)
