I am a disabled customer. The delivery driver who delivered my products today was courteous, helpful and timely. Parcel delivery was at 8.48am to Sprowston Norwich please thank him most kindly.
Brain dead….. don’t/won’t/can’t check they’re delivering to businesses, so deliver when they want, no understanding of business hours, no call to try and negotiator a favoured time slot, no ability to call driver back when he’s on site to deal with delivery. Avoid at all costs if you want to deliver to a business.. Been told by the Manager in Norwich loads of satisfied customers. I’d suggest you take a look at the reviews and see many complaints of similar ilk, which would indicate maybe, just maybe a change of approach is required
What an absolute joke of a company. Constantly fobbed off, told lie after lie after not delivering my package saying couldn't find address another one was driver ran out time on the 4th attempt at delivery another one saying it would be out again and for delivery rang again to track my package to be told its not out for delivery and has been returned to sender. No attempt at communicating from them after saying that they would email ring me etc. Me always contacting them directly to be given so many different answers. I would give negative 5 stars if I could. Customer service is absolutely shocking no one new anything and are all clueless to what to say or advice to give. Very very very disappointing.
Terrible, Their overpriced "same day" service literally means that they only have to deliver before midnight. This is useless for 90% of businesses. Delivered after our customer shut and are still charging us! RESPONSE TO OWNER COMMENT BELOW: I have done this already it has taken over a week so far, different people have constantly told me they are getting back to me and have not, or that I am getting a call back and then I don't. Finally I get told that I can get £20 off our ~£150 charge. This isn't good enough as our customer is not paying us anything. Our usual courier would have got it there by the morning at a tenth of the price (which is the same as after close of business the day before). We have sent a parcel today with your competitor TFS who I can highly recommend. They go straight to the destination without doing other jobs on the way and are less expensive.
